Throughout my journey, I’ve navigated the complexities of mental health, particularly anxiety, which has shaped who I am today. My experiences have fueled my passion for raising awareness and creating supportive spaces for others facing similar challenges. This led me to develop MindScape, a board game designed to spark meaningful conversations about anxiety and mental health. Through creativity and resilience, I aim to make mental health discussions more accessible and foster an environment of understanding and support.
